1. Preliminary Design and Budget

During the initial design consultation we try to get an understanding of the project’s scope, design criteria, and rough budget. There is no obligation and no cost for this initial discovery phase.

2. Pre Construction

Once you are satisfied that we have a good direction for the project, we will put together a Bid Set of drawings and Specifications. This is what will be used to estimate the project. Based on our construction estimate, plans are finalized and Construction Documents issued. Finishes and material selections are finalized. We enter into a Construction Agreement.

3. Construction and Project Management

Everything is put into motion. Permits are issued. Building materials ordered. Subcontractors scheduled. Having decisions made in advance and all materials on order ensures that we are able to move through the project smoothly minimizing the potential for any delays. Using our online project management software we are able to stay in real-time contact with you, our project managers, our subcontractors, and our vendors. Communication becomes our most important asset.
