Non-Profit Office Build

Headquartered in Madison, Working Capital for Community Needs provides microfinancing to entrepreneurs and farming operations in Latin America. A recent move landed them on Madison’s west side and into a building with other non-profit organizations. The existing office suite was in disrepair and unsuited to their specific needs. They were sensitive to the environmental impacts of the build-out and materials were selected for their long-term durability, impacts on the air quality for the office users and for the standards of the manufacturers.

The redesigned space provides four private office suites, a collaborative suite for four more users, a conference room, a work area, and a storage room. Trim and doors were all done in natural maple. Full lite doors and clear story glass panels bring natural light to the interior of the office. New dropped ceiling was installed and 2×4 T8 linear fluorescent fixtures by Lithonia used throughout.
